Purposes and legal basis

The data entered in the contact form (first name, last name, email, optional phone number, model of interest, type of request, message) are processed solely to respond to the request of the data subject: information on the GARI 44 and GARI Tender 700 models, specification sheet, yard visit, sea trial or call-back. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

Retention

Data are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, in the event of a subsequent business relationship, for the period required by law. After that period they are deleted.

Rights of the data subject

• access, rectification and erasure of data;
• restriction of and objection to processing;
• data portability;
• lodging a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
